The Philippines Resource Centre was established in 1982 as an independent information and research organisation. The collection contains the centre's records, comprising minutes, correspondence, reports and working files; also docuemtns relating to the Parliamentary Sub-Committee on the Pilippines, 1985-1986, briefing papers, photographs and other documents of the Australian Human Rights Fact-Finding Mission, 1987; also, papers relating to the Philippines Action Support Group and Women in Solidarity with Women in the Philippines.
