This series comprises texts of addresses given by Justice Evatt between 1973 and 1990. Included are some articles for publication in journals and forewords for books (on legal and non-legal subjects). Some of the speeches were delivered at conferences in Australia or overseas, while a few were occasional addresses such as those given at Conferring of Degree ceremonies at a university.
