Purcell, Anne (c. 1969 - )

Anne Purcell was a faithful ALP member who ran for election in an unwinnable seat: Wakehurst in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly (1991).


Career Highlights

Anne Purcell worked in the electorate office of John Brown MHR 1988-1989, then for Senator Kerry Sibraa, and Paul Whelan MLA. Later, she worked for ALP Head Office, NSW. She joined ALP in 1986, was an executive member of Young Labor 1988-1990, a delegate to State Conference and holder of other party positions. In 1990 she completed at BA at Macquarie University.
