Frances Provan. One in a series of portraits of early members of Women's Emergency Signalling Corps (WESC), many of whom became WRANS. The album of portraits was compiled by Mrs Florence Violet Mckenzie OBE, founder of WESC, which trained signallers and telegraphists.
