Faith, Hope, Charity - Australian Women and Imperial Honours: 1901-1989
Work on Faith, Hope, Charity was generously funded by a 2001-2002 capacity building project grant under the Women's Development Programme administered by the Commonwealth Office of the Status of Women as part of the Honouring Women initiative.
The Honouring Women programme is an initiative of the Commonwealth Office of the Status of Women which encourages the recognition and celebration of achievements and contributions made by promoting the nomination of more women for honours and awards. The programme is led by a network of 28 high profile Ambassadors who promote the nomination of women through their activities. The Honouring Women Ambassadors are led by The Hon. Dame Margaret Guilfoyle, DBE and The Hon. Joan Kirner, AM. |
