Bec Goddard was the coach of the 2017 Australian Football League Women’s (AFLW) premiership team, the Adelaide Crows. She was also the recipient of the 2017 Football Woman of the Year Award.


At the conclusion of the inaugural AFLW season and as coach of the premiership team, the Adelaide Crows, Bec Goddard was awarded the 2017 all-Australian Coach award. In 2015, she was also named AFL Football Woman of the Year (honorary).

Prior to being appointed the Adelaide Crows coach, Bec spent many years coaching, umpiring and playing AFL in both the ACT and South Australia. She has also been employed by the Australian Federal Police since 2001.
