Maureen Lyster was my teacher at Killester College in 1970. You remind me of Julia Gillard, was wondering what you are up to now.

I met Maureen Lyster at a community meeting not long before Joan Kirner's Government was defeated in 1992. She was a very gracious and intelligent woman and I have wondered where she went after political life. An enduring memory is of Maureen Lyster standing with David White behind Joan Kirner Mrs. Kirner conceded defeat. It was avery moving scenario.
