Michelle Bleicher has had a varied career. She managed an entertainer, producing an APRA award winning record before studying psychology and politics. Following the birth of her son, she moved into community cultural planning.
She has developed educational and indigenous projects through local government and in 2002 she was the co-ordinator for the Woollahra Sculpture Prize. She4 is involved with community radio.
