Helmrich, Dorothy Jane Adele (1889 - 1984)

Born: 25 July 1889  Woollahra, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 1 September 1984  Strathfield, New South Wales.

Dorothy Helmrich founded the Australian Council for the Encouragement of Music and the Arts (CEMA) in 1943. CEMA became the Arts Council of Australia, and Helmrich served as president.
