Eleanor Cullis-Hill was a pioneer Australian female architect who worked in Sydney after the Second World War. She received her initial architecture training at the University of Sydney during the 1930s.

Eleanor Cullis-Hill undertook an architecture course at the University of Sydney during the 1930s, followed by work experience at two Sydney firms.
After her children were born and the Second World War was over, Eleanor worked professionally, undertaking some contract work for the New South Wales Housing Commission, before working freelance. Eleanor had full-time work from 1946 until her retirement in 1981.
Eleanor designed at least 30 houses and 50 sets of domestic alterations and additions, mostly in her local area of Warrawee. In addition, she designed several kindergartens, various rooms at her church, and a number of buildings at the Gib Gate school in Mittagong, New South Wales.
